13. Force Majeure & Severability

  • Uncontrollable Events: We assume no liability for delays or performance failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, supply chain blockages, postal carrier delays, customs holds, or civil disruptions. Events exceeding ninety (90) days allow either party to terminate open orders without penalty.

  • Severability: If any provision herein is deemed unenforceable, it shall be modified to the minimum extent required to enforce its intent, leaving all remaining provisions in full force.
